If New York City is the heart of the eastern seaboard then Madison Square Park is the Left Aorta. Or maybe a ventricle. Perhaps an entire chamber? In any event, the Park is an epicenter for cultural socializing and fancy-free frolicking for any lucky enough to feel the grass between their toes. And they needed a website to let people know what was happening.
The Madison Square Park site is an in-depth resource that allows those living next door, or those planning a visit from halfway around the world to know what is going on in the park and when. Some spectacular content and imagery made this a fun build, albeit a complex one. It includes a lot of custom functionality including a comprehensive calendar/event listing, a custom CMS-integrated slideshow displayed on many pages throughout the site, and much more.
